Dixie plays an efficiency expert with whom Bill is smitten. Taken with her, Bill decides to train Miss O'Neil to be an agent -- unaware that she has been hired by the KGB to kill him. She cries as she prepares to do so and tries to back out, and Bill doesn't believe he'll be able to kill her either. Instead, they attempt to work together, and the KGB subsequently decides to kill them both. Until Ralph saves them.
