Dixie Carter has developed this exercise regimen that encompasses a variety of exercise disciplines, including yoga, stretching, deep breathing and dance movements. The routine, developed over the years by Dixie, seeks to deliver a more relaxed, toned and energized body for the practitioner. Dixie Carter's second "Unworkout" video provides two 20-minute yoga workouts, one each for morning and evening, and a special 10-minute relaxation break designed to relieve stress.
