Gone in the Night (1996)

When their seven-year-old daughter goes missing during the night, the Dowalibys find themselves coming under suspicion of murder.

Dixie plays the young father's mother; she's prone to late nights out living the single life, and she faces the personal guilt of having forgotten to lock the door after coming in late the night of her granddaughter's abduction, as well as her fear over the girl's safety and her son's fate.
