The Big Day (1999)

Independent feature film, previously entitled We Met on the Vineyard.

The wedding day of two rich Southern Californians (Julianna Margulies and Ivan Sergi) is ruined when the groom's recovering alcoholic brother (Kevin Tighe) feels a need to admit that he slept with the bride years before she met her husband-to-be.

Dixie plays the bride to be's controlling Texan mother, who has a less than favorable reaction to the revelation.
